Abram GHD 2.0
Abram GHD 2.0 has a split hip pad and a foot-roller assembly with ten distance settings. Wheels and handles help reposition the roughly 101 kg dedicated glute-ham developer.

The stand-alone Rhino applies a plate-loaded cable trolley through a belt at the hips. Its own platform and frame keep the belt-squat station separate from the inside of a power rack.
Regular belt squats can justify a dedicated station for leg work without a bar held on the shoulders. Keep a rack available for another lift or another person.
The drawbackRogue requires floor anchoring for this stand-alone version. The loading sleeves need access beyond the listed platform footprint, and plates are part of the complete purchase.

Hyper Pro X combines Nordic-curl, back-extension and GHD arrangements around an adjustable pad. The GHD attachment is included, while the compatible ABX Leg Developer adds plate-loaded leg extensions and curls.
