The Australian PÉPIN FAST package supplies steel-plate dumbbells and metal cradles with 42.5 kg per hand. Sliding selectors handle the main changes, and matching kits increase the maximum to 52.5 or 62.5 kg.
For presses and rows already approaching 32 kg, buy the heavier range at the outset. Leave the expansion kits for the point when 42.5 kg becomes a limit.
The drawbackMain settings are 5 kg apart. Finer changes involve the 1.25 kg micro-plates, and higher-capacity configurations become longer as plates are added.
