RM-3 is a compact four-post Monster rack with one-inch hardware and a choice of 24- or 30-inch inside depth. The US builder offers four upright heights, and floor anchoring is required.
For a permanent barbell station built around Monster attachments, 24 inches saves depth while 30 inches gives more room inside. Keep storage outside the lifting area where possible.
The drawbackThis rack must be bolted down. Its compact depth leaves less room for plate storage within the frame, so a frame-only footprint understates the finished room.
