Elite EXP Stage 1 supplies a 5–50 lb pair, with unused plates left nested beneath the selected load. Matching expansion stages let the pair grow beyond its starting 22.7 kg per-hand ceiling.
Start here if the base weight is useful now and heavier presses or rows are a later purchase. Expand only when a lift needs the extra plates.
The drawbackExpansion kits are separate. The exact Elite EXP model and generation determine compatibility; another product labelled Elite is not enough to identify the right kit.
