FM-6 Twin
FM-6 Twin places two independent cable stacks inside a full Monster rack. Dedicated lat and low-row outlets combine their outputs internally, allowing station changes without reconnecting cables.
A dedicated rack and cable room with the FM-6 Twin at its centre. The premium pays for separate pulldown and row outlets, a BlackWing bench and a heavy dumbbell pair; buy the chosen configuration as a complete installed project.
Save the build, remove anything you already own and add your delivered quotes. Freight, flooring and installation have their own lines in the budget.

FM-6 Twin places two independent cable stacks inside a full Monster rack. Dedicated lat and low-row outlets combine their outputs internally, allowing station changes without reconnecting cables.

BlackWing’s sliding seat closes the pad gap, while twelve back angles include decline. Six seat settings and a choice of pad widths make this a highly adjustable bench weighing about 59.4 kg.

Ohio Power’s 29 mm stainless shaft has coarse knurling, including a knurled centre. This 20 kg model uses chrome sleeves, bronze bushings and powerlifting grip marks.

Rogue Australia’s 90 kg Echo set contains six rubber bumpers: pairs of 10, 15 and 20 kg. All have 450 mm diameter and stainless-steel centre inserts for Olympic sleeves.

This Quick-Lock pair reaches 75 lb, about 34 kg, per hand using square plates and partially turning locking screws. The supplied plates and screws need no selector cradle; a stand is separate.

Rogue’s USA Aluminum collars use hinged nylon levers and internal rubber linings to clamp Olympic bar sleeves. The supplied pair weighs half a pound, with each collar occupying 1.5 inches of sleeve.
FM-6 Twin has a clear role in a dedicated room: barbell lifting inside the rack, adjustable handles at the front, and dedicated pulldown and low-row outlets. Those central outlets combine the stacks internally, so changing stations does not require reconnecting the cables.
Choose the 250 or 300 lb stacks around the resistance you will use, then the rack height and inside depth around the room. A buyer starting from scratch can specify the system together. If a good rack is already installed, keeping it and adding a separate cable station can be better value than replacing the entire frame.
Use the installed quote to settle the rack configuration, required anchoring and delivery access. Rogue’s finished heights and assembly clearances are different figures. The taller option must fit while the machine is being built as well as once it is in use.

BlackWing’s sliding seat closes the pad gap, and its backrest includes decline. Those are reasons to choose it for this room. At about 59.4 kg, it also needs a sensible path between rack work and cable work. Keep a suitable existing bench if neither adjustment improves your training.
The Ironmaster pair reaches about 34 kg per hand and uses manual plate changes. Buy its stand for a better loading position, or heavier expansion for a lift that needs more weight. Existing dumbbells can stay until they reach a meaningful limit. The barbell side also needs change plates: the 90 kg Echo package supplies only 10, 15 and 20 kg pairs.
FM-6 storage increases the listed width from 58.7 to 75.625 inches. Add that width before allocating room for the dumbbells, then preserve the bench’s route and the space in front of the cables.
