A 38 kg steel sled with four removable pushing poles and an 80 cm plate-loading stack. The central loading pole releases so plates can slide off sideways.
Useful for push and pull work on a dedicated sled track when you already own Olympic plates and have room for a training lane.
The drawbackThe sled footprint is only the storage requirement; exercise needs a clear lane. SMAI recommends sled turf and warns that concrete wears the skids and coating.
