Quick-Lock 75 lb pair — no stand
This Quick-Lock pair reaches 75 lb, about 34 kg, per hand using square plates and partially turning locking screws. The supplied plates and screws need no selector cradle; a stand is separate.
A bench and one adjustable pair make a capable strength room without a permanent rack. Start with the pieces you are missing; an existing pair can stay until its weight range or adjustment method becomes a real limit.
Save the build, remove anything you already own and add your delivered quotes. Freight, flooring and installation have their own lines in the budget.

Super Bench PRO V2 tilts its main pad as one piece across eleven positions. Its included incline seat removes for a continuous flat pad, with compatible exercise attachments purchased separately.
The 75 lb Quick-Lock pair provides the load for presses, rows, split squats and accessory work. The Super Bench PRO V2 supplies a continuous flat pad when its incline seat is removed, then accepts that seat for inclined work. This is a compact equipment list with a useful range of positions; it does not depend on buying a rack later.

For the value version of this room, reuse your current pair and buy only the missing bench. There is no need to replace serviceable adjustable dumbbells because a more expensive set exists. Replace them when the supplied weight, handle shape or changeover process prevents the training you want to do.
The premium step is equally specific. Ironmaster’s separate kits reach 120 or 165 lb per hand, but buy that weight when a lift requires it. If quick changes between exercises matter more than manual loading, a selector pair is a different purchase decision; a stand alone will not change Quick-Lock’s plate-and-screw adjustment.
Put the bench in the centre of the working area and keep the dumbbells beside it. Ironmaster changes involve loose plates and locking screws. An accessible loading surface is useful every session; decorative storage can wait.
A cable can be the next addition for work the pair and bench do not cover. ANCORE Pro is a single-cable option with a separate mounting decision; a freestanding Arcadia is a larger two-cable purchase. Neither belongs in the initial bill simply to make the room look finished. Choose the exercise and mounting arrangement first, then add that equipment as a later line.
